Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@nesels.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We will provide you with the return address and instructions once your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:

Products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition

Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened

Gift cards or downloadable items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@nesels.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, was refused at delivery, or was sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs from your refund.
Refunds will only be issued once the parcel is returned and inspected by our logistics partner.
If you request reshipment of the parcel, additional shipping fees may apply.
