At Nesels, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of notifying us.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Returned products must be in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened cosmetic or personal care products.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is refused by the customer or unclaimed and returned to us by the courier, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs and return handling fees from the refund amount.

If the product is returned damaged or opened, the refund may be denied or partial.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
